CO2 is not a problem, but if governments are going to push the silliness forcing Carbon Rationing then:
1.) No CO2 credits for the rich and powerful. We all suffer!
2. Everyone receives the same amount of CO2 to use. No transfers or exchanges.
There must be no exceptions. Bureaucrats and the rich do not get a pass, period!
