Every major city in the world succumbed to global hysteria over a virus that had entered the general population. Though deadly to the elderly, the virus was not lethal to most under 60. Ineffective mandatory shutdowns forced social distancing, and mandatory face mask-wearing was enacted by flawed international, national, and local health agencies. These inept policies caused suicides, drug overdoses, and deaths because of lapses in medical treatments and severe damage to children’s emotional and social development. For this reason, no city can be listed as an all one.
