that effects changes in location, cost, supply or demand of parking.
It maximizes use of parking resources. The project team has conducted
parking management studies throughout the Western United States.
The team focuses on developing “win-win” parking management programs
that combine local jurisdiction and real estate perspectives and often work with
local communities and businesses to develop parking programs.
