Carolyn Peirce Ewing has been an elected and appointed official at various levels of government. She was appointed by Governor Deukmejian as a Deputy Director at Caltrans for eight years. She was appointed by Governor Brown, Jr., to a Regional Water Quality Control Board. She is a Phi Beta Kappa with graduate work from The George Washington, University, Washington, DC. |
