In the past few years, a number
of commissions, task forces, academic studies and government summit meetings
have formed, met, wrote reports and then disbanded. The conclusions, along with suggested solutions, were
similar.
Unfortunately, not much progress
has been made in addressing the fundamental problem – a severe
shortage of housing in California.
More importantly, the help local administrators
and elected officials need has not been addressed. What is required
is more than financing assistance or technical assistance. The reality
is there are many contradictory opinions of housing, its importance to
the Community and the Quality of Life, as well as continued economic
prosperity.
Our services include providing overall
facilitation and coordination for local constituencies, development entities
and housing providers. Through a large state and federal network, as well as financial
and service sector expertise, we can deliver results. |
